1. Publisher and purpose
Garden Connect is published by Nicolas HANQUEZ (sole trader), 13 rue des Violettes, 62131 Verquin, France, SIREN 999 339 054, [email protected]. These terms govern the use of the app and of the website. Creating an account means accepting them.
2. Service
From the information you enter and from weather data, Garden Connect calculates watering recommendations, a growing calendar, risk alerts and upkeep tasks. The service is offered as a Premium subscription, whose content is described on the Pricing page. A free plan remains available to accounts created before the switch to subscriptions and to people invited to a shared garden.
3. Account
Registration is open from the age of 15; paid subscriptions are reserved for adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Price, term and renewal
Premium costs 7.99 EUR per month or 44.99 EUR per year. Net prices: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same duration, until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time, free of charge, with effect at the end of the current period: from your device settings for a purchase made on the App Store or Google Play, from your billing portal for a purchase made on the web. Where the purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play, billing and refunds are governed by Apple or Google terms. Any price change is notified to you before renewal.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected]. By requesting immediate access to Premium content, you agree that performance begins before that period expires and you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
The service benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code. Where the service does not conform, you may request that it be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
7. Liability
The recommendations provided by Garden Connect are indicative and are not a guarantee of results. Our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from a failure on our part and, for subscribers, to the amount paid over the last twelve months. Nothing in this article affects the rights granted to consumers by law.
8. Deleting your account
You may delete your account at any time from Profile then Settings. Deletion is permanent. It does not cancel a subscription purchased on the App Store or Google Play, which must be cancelled from the platform concerned.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed; continuing to use the service means accepting it.
