How to delete your account

Open the app and go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account, and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, your gardens, zones and plants, the related history, the links with your connected device accounts and your preferences. Billing records are kept for ten years under accounting obligations.

Your subscription

If you subscribed on the App Store or Google Play, cancel it from the platform concerned: deleting your account does not cancel it.

If you can no longer access the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account.
